Hey Everyone 

It's so cold here I think our house cracked in the middle of the night.....


Let's do some exercises on the one part of our body we love to hate....our butt!  Baby got back!!!

Glutes

Squats

please note, if you are starting out, do this without weights....then free weights and then barbell

Lunges

Take an exercise band and tie it and place it around your ankles..do side steps
