I got my allergy shots today but I think I'm still gonna hit the Wii for at least the strength and yoga...No aerobics but I can deal with that.

12:00 am 5 oz chicken breast (removed from a sandwich), 1 Tablespoon Mayo, 1 slice tomato, 1 leaf lettuce
12:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Zinger Wild Berry
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange (caffinated)
4:00 pm 1 cup homemade lasagna (guestimate because it turned out wrong and all soupy)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry
6:30 pm 3 oz fajita meat tortilla with lettuce and tomato. 1 dessert tortilla with 2 T peanut butter.

Yeah, carbs are a bit high but I'm hitting the wii. I had enough water today but I may have a decaf coffee/mocha for "dessert" later.
How did you do today? Staying and maintaining? Cheating and complaining? None of us is perfect and all of us could use a fresh look at what we're doing. If you see something on my list that looks like it's bad, PLEASE let me know. I'm accountable to you also. Be gentle with yourselves. It's a tough road! It's NOT the easy way out.

All my water, forgot the vitamins, well not all but most and ran for 2.5 miles at the YMCA whil Morgan was in tap class.
I love jerky as a treat. AND peanuts..Yummy.
Good job running! I did 30 minutes of Wii but it was all strength and yoga (and balance). I usually run at least 5 minutes but I"m increasing my aerobics.
Hubby got me the wii for my 50th birthday. He felt like that was a big enough milestone (and losing half my body weight!) to warrant getting me something that expensive. I've been a very good girl. LOL. I may never get another birthday present but it was worth it. LOL.
