I got my allergy shots today but I think I'm still gonna hit the Wii for at least the strength and yoga...No aerobics but I can deal with that.

My list for the day: 


5:15 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk (half serving of oatmeal)
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Cherry
8:45 am 5 oz ceviche
9:15 am 10 oz decaf coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:45 am 1 medium orange raw
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grape Flavor
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Zinger Wild Berry
12:00 am 5 oz chicken breast (removed from a sandwich), 1 Tablespoon Mayo, 1 slice tomato, 1 leaf lettuce
12:45 pm  12 oz Drink Mix, Zinger Wild Berry
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange (caffinated)
4:00 pm 1 cup homemade lasagna (guestimate because it turned out wrong and all soupy)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry

6:30 pm 3 oz fajita meat tortilla with lettuce and tomato. 1 dessert tortilla with 2 T peanut butter.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1591
Fat: 59.9
Carbs: 141.4
Protein: 135.0

Yeah, carbs are a bit high but I'm hitting the wii. I had enough water today but I may have a decaf coffee/mocha for "dessert" later.

How did you do today? Staying and maintaining? Cheating and complaining? None of us is perfect and all of us could use a fresh look at what we're doing. If you see something on my list that looks like it's bad, PLEASE let me know. I'm accountable to you also. Be gentle with yourselves. It's a tough road! It's NOT the easy way out.

Hello Dawn, I've had a good eating day. It's starting to get cold here and I hate it!! 

Breakfast:
Protein shake & Boiled egg

Snack:
South Beach diet protein cereal bar

Lunch:
1 Cup of White chicken chili & WW Yoga rt

Snack:
1 Pack of hot peanuts

Dinner:
Tyson steak strips sauteed w/ onions, peppers and broccoli
1/4 Cup of brown rice

Snack:
SF Chocolate pudding cup w/ 1/2 scoop of protein mixed in & a dollop of SF cool whip

OOOO...Chili again. I still have chili left from last week but when I eat it, I can't be in public at all...Noxious gas!

Hope you enjoyed your wii! Santa could not affford to bring us one this year; maybe the easter Bunny can bring us one!
B-protein drink
S-1/2 bagel w jelly, apple
L-tuna salad on low carb tortilla, baked pringles, 100 calorie cupcakes(not all at once)
S-jerky
S peanuts
S cheese stick
D-meatloaf, baked potato and brocoli
All my water, forgot the vitamins, well not all but most and ran for 2.5 miles at the YMCA whil Morgan was in tap class.

I made some TVP salad for my lunch today. Homemade whole wheat bread, thin sliced...I'll report on it tonight if it was good or bad..LOL.

I love jerky as a treat. AND peanuts..Yummy.

Good job running! I did 30 minutes of Wii but it was all strength and yoga (and balance). I usually run at least 5 minutes but I"m increasing my aerobics.

Hubby got me the wii for my 50th birthday. He felt like that was a big enough milestone (and losing half my body weight!) to warrant getting me something that expensive. I've been a very good girl. LOL. I may never get another birthday present but it was worth it. LOL.
