Short day and really short on numbers today. Yes, I can limit myself to under 1200 calories! Just proved it to myself! 

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk (half serving today)
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit
8:45 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey ham
9:30 am 1 med pear
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Peach Tea
11:00 am 4 oz meatloaf, 1/4 cup green peas
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Peach Tea
12:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch
1:00 pm 1 Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Chocolate cupcake (1/24 cake)
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange caffinated
3:15 pm 1 medium orange
4:00 pm 10 oz Decaf Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss   4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade   5:45 pm 3,2 salmon patty, 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomatoe, 1 oz Ranch Dressing   Totals for the day:   Calories: 1186 Fat: 42.0 Carbs: 126.5 Protein: 86.9

So? How did you do today? I may have to have a slice of turkey ham to bring up the protein number but it's sitting at 29% so why bother stuffing the "calorie" box?

You got up early today! I am sad if I am up before six! I had a better day, felt more in control.
0730-protein drink
0900-2 boiled eggs
1100-1/2 bagel w smear of cream cheese
1300-low carb chicken caesar wrap-yum; I made this at home, apple
1500-100 cal pringles and a cheese stick
1700-1/2 slice cold cheese delite pizza
2000-taco meat, salsa, 2% cheese, lite sour cream and a low carb tortilla
2100-sf jello w cool whip free

Early is something I've always been...I like to have PLENTY of time to get ready. It's almost like I'm working in slow motion when I get up early. And that's why I leave early too. Cuz traffic gets worse as the time gets short and I hate bad traffic..So I'm nearly always early for EVERYTHING! LOL.

Good that you pair the carb with a protein. Makes it more "filling".

And an hour of zumba! I did 35 minutes of wii last night. Including 13 minutes of aerobics (boxing and long distance run..) I think I love the boxing..I wanna do more of that.

Hello Dawn, I forgot to post last night but I'm here. I had a good eating day yesterday! 

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg & 1 slice of wheat toast w/ cheese on top

Snack: Pure protein bar

Lunch: 1 Cup of Chili & NSA Yogart

Snack: Pack of hot peanuts

Dinner: Grilled Pork Chop & 2/3 Cups of broccoli n cheese

Snack: 8 oz of chocolate calorie coutdown milk w/ a scoop of protein.
