Hi Ladies,Everyone seems to be doing pretty well with there eating. Here's my menu for the day:
EM - Dannon Yogurt Peach Smoothie w/ 1 cup Protein Powder
B - 3 sl of Turkey Bacon w/ 1 srv of Spinach Quiche
