I had a BAD day! First period since TT & I am super on edge and swollen. I gave up the counting on Fitday after my 3rd cookie! I gave in today to my cravings everytime I walked by them & even after the sweets sent me to bed for an hour, I hit again.....So, I suck today! I'll do better tomorrow~ Holli

You need to remove the cookies or put them where you can't see them. If just keeping them in the house is a problem...dont' keep them in the house. No one else needs them either! The only cookies for me that are trigger foods are my husband's chocolate chip cookies and we got rid of all of those after Christmas. I just can't keep those around and so now we only keep those raw cookies where we can make one or two cookies and they can eat them and they're GONE..

You WILL do better Tuesday. One day isn't a ship sinker...(another great saying).

There's always do-overs. Keep after it, you'll get it going. See ya.

I am ashamed to post! I was in a conference all day and ate to stay awake! That is just an excuse, I made poor choices and I had other options. I am in a confernce all day tomorrow as well but have planned what I am bringing to keep myself in check.
B-2 hardboiled eggs and Kashi oatmeal
S-1/2 bagel w smear of cream cheese
L-1/2 turkey sandwich few bites salad, chocolate cookie-boxed lunch; should of brought my own
S-lays-not baked- left over from boxed lunch; should of thrown away before temptation hit!
S-honey roasted peanuts-1 serving
S-chocolate cookie sample at the grocery store
D-baked chicken, baked potato and brocoli
on the daily plate this was about 1800 calories and only 75 gm protein
I did not get but half my water and forgot to take my vitamins with me. No exercise either. I am going to play a few games of Monoploy JR with my daughter and go to bed.
I have boiled eggs for breakfast tomorrow and will have a protein drink before I go. I am taking tuna on a low carb wrap for lunch, apple w peanut butter for morning snack and celery with laughing cow for afternoon snack. Also taking my water bottle and have put my vitamins and calcium in my purse for tomorrow.

I'm afraid I would have applied much caffeine in that case..I hate boring meetings!

Good plan for Tuesday. It will make up for the rough start on Monday..But even that isn't written in cement. One day doesn't a fat person make. (my favorite saying).

Good evening ladies!  I felt like I snacked a bit too much today but after doing fitday, I didn't do too bad.

Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs
3 strips of turkey bacon

Snack:
WW Yogart
boiled egg

Lunch:
1 Cup of Progresso Lite veggie soup.. no noodles or rice
1/2 Cup of Chopped chicken breast.. Added it to the soup for added protein

Snack:
South Beach diet cereal protein bar

Sanck:
Small pack of hot n spicy peanuts

Dinner:
Lean Cuisine frozen dinner
1/2 Cup of leftover collard greens

Snack:
NSA Yogart
2 thin slices of ham rolled up

Cal.. Fat.. Carbs.. Protein

Everyone seems to be doing pretty well with there eating.  Here's my menu for the day:

EM - Dannon Yogurt Peach Smoothie w/ 1 cup Protein Powder

L -   3oz Salmon Salad on tossed green veggies
