Gosh those calories add up fast!!!
I've been maintaining my weight for WAY too long. While maintaining is an accomplishment, I just can't seem to move forward. Luckily, I started back taking classes at MSU, which has a really nice gym that I get to use for free. So maybe that will help.
Over the past year, I've been successful at changing my diet. I eat really healthy things, with only a couple of things I need to cut down on like graham crackers.
My frustration is grazing and how fast those calories add up. I try to keep to a schedule. I eat breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, another snack. So when I can't keep my hands off the food, I choose healthy things, but I'l be darned if those calories don't still add up so fast.
