It looks like the only real protein that you had was 4 hours after your protein shake? Seems a bit long of a haul to me. You saw that from your comment too. Maybe a cheese stick instead of the biscuit would have been good. I think they're the same calories but the cheese has protein. That or beef jerky...Now that's a SNACK! yum.

Actually, hubby and my son said it was pretty tasty. It was too liquid because I used the wrong cheese. The good thing about having the surgery and changing your life is that others around you get to try new things and maybe like those things. My husband HATES fish but we found out our son LOVES fish...So because there are two of us out of three like it, we have it more often.

That hour of zumba is commendable! I'm still trying to work my way up to 45 minutes of Wii...Slow and sure! Keep up the good work.

Yeah but your calories are still really good for the weekend. 1395 for me is under my RMR and I'd lose on that..I'm thinking I need to drop down to that for a week or so..

Have you tried the single serving microwave popcorn packs? No measuring needed and all the guesswork is taken out. My favorite thing is single serving stuff. Although, it's cheaper to get it in bulk, I just can't be trusted with that so much.

You did awesome. Keep up the good work. See ya.
