Accountability - Saturday
List for the day:
1B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, apple sauce, soy milk
2B; swiss and ortega chili omelet, 1/2 cup home fries w/onions and peppers, about a third of a slice of rye toast.
L: 4 oz ceviche, 1/2 a serving of whole grain crackers.
S: 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts
D: about a cup of chili beans with a tortilla and shredded cheese.
I got in 4 containers (24 oz) of water and two cups of decaf which counts. I don't count the caffinated coffee, just a habit.

Protien: 129.4
Not too bad. Calories are high but protein was good. .
How did you do on Saturday? I know it's hard to keep track on the weekends. Believe me! I almost forgot about the peanuts I had while our neighbor was over visiting...I didn't measure them, I just took a handful and figured it "looked" like a quarter cup...

Fit day says that a tablespoon of cream cheese is 53 calories...Yikes. I need to compare my non-fat cream cheese cuz I'm using an ounce of it.
Are you using the dried egg yolks with the cream cheese? Is that making a dessert?
