Hey Everyone

It's Friday and the first week of the New Year...  Are things going on in the world have you down    Don'****ch the news    Second get out and take a walk, or just move.  Exercise in any form really helps us mentally as well as feel and look better.  If you live in an area where you can't get out, try walking the mall or the stores.

Try it you'll like it

So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on in and let's support, inspire and move, move, move

Take care,
Kathy

Hi Kathy!

I have ridden the stationary bike every day since Sunday (resting on Wednesday) this week.  I ride for at least 11 miles at about 20 mph.  I do this while I read.

I have been "off the bike" for a couple of months.  I am hoping that this will shock a few pounds off of me.

Happy New Year to you and yours!

Hi Everyone!

I have worked out daily, and I feel great.

Free weights,  primarily focus on my arms. This I do for 20 minutes ( not solid 20) but I feel the burn. Maybe someday 20minutes+ without stopping?

The stepper for 20 minutes daily + some jumprope time.

Jumprope is a challenge, I can do 3 minutes without stopping, and 6 minutes total. My goal is 10 minutes without stopping. I will get there with practice for sure.

I use "Jumpsnap" - its a ropeless jumprope - for the clumsy feet people like me. It keeps tally and has weights in the handle. But truth is one does not even need the jumprope, just jump!

I see how exercise is toning and shaping my body and it revs me up to do MORE!!

Happy New Year to you all,

Cathy
