hi everyone Happy New Year :)

I'm stopping at Nashua Nutrition today for more protein and was wondering about BSN.  Does anyone drink it?  Is it a thick or thin shake?  I'm not a fan of thick shakes so I figured I'd ask before picking it up!  thanks :)

ps - whats your favorite flavor?

I have used both the Chocolate and Vanilla flavors.  The Dessert drinks make a smooth drink, and not too thick.  I generally mixed the chocolate flavor with warm water to make hot chocolate, and it is pretty tasty.  I used the vanilla to make a protein eggnog, or to blend with fruit for a protein smoothie.  I liked them for the pleasant taste, so would recommend them.  I know that taste and acceptance of protein drinks is a pretty personal choice, but I believe you will like them.

My favorite is Unjury it by far the BEST!!! They also send recipes like vanilla protein pumpkin coffee latte which is great and take their chocolate add milk and peanut butter...it is like drinking a reese cup with 30 grams of protein! have you tried Unjury?  Holli
