I found early out that anything cold first thing in the morning was a no-go with my pouch. I needed a pouch warm up. I could eat oatmeal but my arguement with that was there's no protein and lots of carbs in oatmeal/maltomeal/cream of wheat...I added protein powder to it and that worked good. Then I found TVP and that sealed the deal.

You did awesome iwth your list. I'm thinking some sliced left over ham for a snack today myself. I lov eyour bacon idea.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Yeah, LOL. You're just jealous that we're so obsessive about staying in control that we are NOW addicted to journaling and logging our accountability...

Seriously, it's not that hard but it takes thought all day long and no mindless eating. That's exactly what I need to keep in control of my weight. I'm bone deep scared to gain any weight back...You know, like people who are scared to death of mice or spiders or something like that? That's me over never ever (EVER) gaining any weight back. I"ve let it slip "up" to 130 pounds and I"m sick over that but so long as I keep control over it and watch it all the time...I'm better.

Awww, you can be obsessed with us! IF I don't plan my meal the night before and start doing fitday by noon, I'm worry about calories. I wish I could go 1 day without constantly thinking about eating right.

I'm happy you enjoy our food ideas!

I have never been faithful at food tracking.  I am impressed with the dedication.

For me, the biggest news for Thursday, I did not have a glass or two of wine at the end of the day. Instead, I took a thirty minute walk.  I actually felt like I was unwinding and finished my evening with food, an apple as a snack (with peanut butter) and slept soundly without a glass of wine.

YEAH ME!

Good for you for staying away from a trigger food. That's the hardest thing to do. And wine, because you use it to shut your brain down in order to sleep, is hard! Maybe a bit of activity to substitute for that.

We were talking about that the other day. You need the sleep to shut your brain down but you need the exercise to tire your brain and body out in ORDER to sleep...Wine will do that for you but the exercise is a better choice. I know exercise is a four letter word (LOL) but I figure a nice heavy vacuum cleaner and a bunch of carpet and that's good exercise for me...I can clean the house like an olympic sport sometimes. LOL.

Keep up the good work!
