Late so straight to the point.. Food!! 

Breakfast: 
1 scrambled egg
1 turkey sausage patty
2/3 Cup of hash browns

Snack:
Beef Jerky

Lunch:
Pure protein bar

Snack:
Protein shake

Dinner: 
3 oz grilled New York strip steak w/ onions
Garden salad w/ cheese & FF italian dressing

Snack:
WW Yogart
