Heck.. I figure running for a half hour is worth those little "cheats". They aren't cheats anyway. Your body needs carbs when you exercise..My hardest time is in the afternoon so I switched up my morning snacks to the afternoon and it seems to help. Allow for when you're finding that snacking bug attacking you and your totals will stay awesome!
OT- have you seen those Weigh****chers Commercials where "Hungry" is a big ORANGE MONSTER? I love that. That little orange sucker chases me down and waves cookies in my face all afternoon long...I hate him! LOL
Keep up the good work. Low calories and high protein (even with high carbs) has to work in time. See ya.

Yes. The doctor can see about any questionson hormones or even RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) and let you know what you need to do to fix it. When I check the BMI calculator it says that my RMR is 1400 calories or so. So anything between 1400 and 1600 will maintain my weight. Under that and I lose. It works for me.
Maybe up your protein a couple dozen points and see if that works.
Otherwise, the totals look great. See ya.

You're right. The bread and sausage wasn't the best choice. I spent some time in that section of the supermarket looking for convenience food in cans and those sausage have alot of NOT protein. LOL. If the bread is whole grain/wheat...it's not too bad, I call it good carbs but my whole thought on bread is that it's just the delivery system for the good stuff you really wanna eat. Like the cardboard box the toy comes in. LOL.
The good news is, you did good...a slice of bread isn't the end of the line. LOL.
Keep up the good work. See ya.

Hi Dawn, I am happy with yesterday. Actually was to low and added the protein shake last night with frozen strawberries, I ENJOYED it. I get in a rut with shakes then get disgusted with the taste, stop doing what makes me feel better and go back to them to actually enjoy them again.

WoW, i just read your food journal and i say again WOw, you all sound like you are doing soo well. And you are three years out of WLS. You write down everything you eat all the time? and your portion sizes are really under control too hm...............it has been strongly suggested that I keep a food journal too which i have and yes it does help but I think I would like to get it more detailed like yours. Actually that's the way I kept it in the beginning. Had WLS surgery in dec of 04. So I just had my four year anniversary this past Dec. Am having trouble getting back on track and I just today trying Five day Pouch Test.
I am so glad to see people doing so well cause I got really discouraged at my support meeting the other night. Felt so alone everyone was in the losing phase no maintenance people.
Thanks Susie T
