Do you find that when the sun doesn't shine you don't feel that energy that you have when the sky is blue and the sun is shining bright? I need to go and get one of those sun lamps
I am feeling the winter blues for sure

I have been so busy getting the Back On Track Together group going I ended up down stair****ting the bag and the treadmill here at home.

Hi Kath!!!! I have to agree that when the weather is yucky my energy level is LOW!!!!!!! It can really be frustrating some days!!!!!!
This morning I did 3miles WATP and I'm hoping to get on the bike tonite for 30min~have a crazy night with the kids~youth group 6-7, bball practice 7-8 and a pta meeting from 7-??? LOL, its always something, but its fun!!!!

It is gloomy, gusty and pouring down rain here, but at least itis not snowing and sghool is open! I feel like exercising more when it is nice, I will not run outside in this weather, i head for the Y. Zumba is always indoor but it is still nicer when the sun is shining!
I did an hour of zumba last night and will run at theY tonight while my daughter is in tap. I canusually get in 2 miles while she is in class not including warm up and cool down.

I did a 1 hour water arobics class, the I met with a personal trainer for a fitness assesment. They take your measurments and body fat and test your flexability , I had to do push ups, situps, and a step test and she took my heart rate before and after each test, it was kinda neat. Now I know what I have to work on and a target to work towards. She also set up a 6 times a week routine, with water arobics 3 days and weight training 3 days and 1 day off (thank god). So Im really excited. I was in better shape than I thought, having 34% body fat after regaining 25 pounds. She wants that down to 26%. So its off to the gym everday for me. My husband also had one so we go together, which is nice, he doesnt like the water arobics, says there for women, but he is doing a class called body pump, which is with a barbell and weights. It feels better going into a new year with 25 pounds to lose than 125 like before wls, but I knew I had to get it under control before it controls me again, Good luck to all, Debra

Hitting the bag? Does that mean you have your own punching bag downstairs? I'm so jealous!! What a great thing to have. Burn some calories, work out some stress and burn calories?!?!?! WOW.
