1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Water

I fully intend to Wii tonight. I didn't last night because I was just too tired..

How did you do today?

Low cals, low carbs and high protein...That's the ticket..Fat is a good thing cuz it helps you keep the "pipes" clean..LOL.

Great job. I'm back down to where I was too. I feel like I want to lose a pound or two more so that I have alittle more wiggle room from where I am (129) to my high limit (130)..

Wow. Years ago, I'd have been "stressing" over 30-40 pounds. Now it's one or two pounds. What a difference WLS makes!

Keep up the good work.

Great numbers. You're exercising now? I started back on my Wii and noticed a difference right away, not with my weight but how I FEEL...I feel thinner, if that makes sense. Whatever works!

Low everywhere on your numbers...Good job. Keep up the good work.

BTW, I saw the "leather" post. CUTE...I've been secretly looking at a pair of leather pants cuz an administrator here at work has been wearing some (of course, everyone snickers at her behind her back) but still. I think all us girls secretly wanna wear leather, even for just a minute.

I did o.k, one too many afternoon snacks. I do Zumba at 6pm and do not get home until 7:30 PM and I do not want dinner before I go or am too full to Zumba, but am hungry for a snack.
0830-protein drink
1030-fage w raspberries and bran buds
1100-1 chocolate covered pretzel rod,140 cals, 18 carbs and 7 gm of fat-in other words bad choice!
1230-lettuce w tuna and progresso lit soup
1430-Ka****rail mix bar
1530-1/2 serving kettle corn-yeah it is gone
1530-lite swiss and 16 RF wheat thins
1930-scrambled eggs with 2% cheese, low carb toast and turkey bacon
1 hour of Zumba, forgot my calcium but got the rest  in, including water. I think I will go back to a proetein snack in the afternoon, just realized I have gotten away from that again. I usually keep cottage cheese or boiled eggs in my fridge at work. Once I start on the carbs they just keep calling me. I am happy with the protein; over 100 today but so were the carbs!

Okay. Afternoon snacks are killing me! I SO wanna eat more in the afternoon...I'm thinking if I can quit snacking in the mornings and hold those treats for the afternoon, I might be okay. It was all I had to keep from noshing all afternoon. I drank water, walked the building, drank more water, walked some more..All cuz I pulled all my snacks before lunch.

I need something filling that has no calories and no carbs. Let me know if you find such and animal! Either that or I'm going to have to start doing an hour of Wii or something...Maybe a five mile jog or something but it's too dark and cold when I get home anymore...

Your list along with the hour of Zumba is wonderful! Even without the Zumba, you did awesome. Zumba is just the icing on the cake. Ooops. I mean, imitation cheese flavor on the rice cake. LOL...

Keep up the good work. See ya.

I caved in to emotionally eating last night, FULLY knowing what I was doing and that it was me sabatogizing myself.  I still allowed my mental emotions to rule my eating.  I am going to look at the positive of yesterday and not beat myself up, today is a new day.  I took ALL my vitamins yesterday, caffiene intake was lower, liquid intake was higher so there was progress.

Still, if I was cheating and ate 2000 calories, I wouldn't have eaten the good stuff you ate. I'd have wasted it on a donut or a half dozen cookies...Now that's horrible sabotage. You had one thing that was more carb than protein...the biscuit..

Don't beat yourself up over ONE BISCUIT. I still think you did great..Look at that protein number!

Awesome. Keep up the good work. See ya.
