Did You Move To Lose Today? It's A New Year!
Hey Everyone
I can't believe it's 2009
Let's use this New Year to get Back On Track with your exercise
And if you have not been exercising, now the time to start and come here form support, encouragement and accountability
If you go all out and say I am going to work out 6 days a week and pile it on you will burn out fast and quit before 30 days. Take baby steps, small goals that you can do and feel good about your self
If you have not been doing anything at all, walk more, take stairs, park far away in parking lots. Walk the entire mall when shopping. Small stuff, then slowly increase what you are doing.
If you have been working out, then look to increase your sets and or weights. Looked to change the intensity and or try new things... What ever you do, please give it 30 days and I promise you will love the way you are feeling
Granted it may have days when you are sore
but that is normal...work through it and you will be glad you did!
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Come on in and let's get this new year going!!!!
Take care,
Kathy

Hey Kathy, I'm back, LOL!!!! I'm so happy you continue this thread even if we're "bad" sometimes and skip our workouts!!!!
today I did the recumbent bike for 30min (7.3 miles) and I did 3 miles of WATP w/strength boosters, did crunches and push ups.
I hear ya on starting out slowly and getting back into it. I also wrote my plan down so I have something concrete to follow and to focus on. Summer will be here before we know it, so that's motivation!!!!
