So I'm starting my New Year tomorrow. I'm going to do the 5DPT to start. Then I'm determined to continue cutting out all white carbs. Bread and sugar are my drug of choice. I've got to stop eating them.
I realized just the other day that my membership at 24Hour hadn't expired. So back to the gym I go!
So does any body want to join me on the 5DPT? I'd appreciate the support!

You and I are EXACT to the T! I weigh 168 and I too want to get down to my lowest weight of 150 and will accept anything in the 150's. Is it very frustrating just drinking the protein shakes? How many shakes do you drink a day? My BFF and I decided to start our WW regimine last Friday. I have lost 2.5 lbs so far. When we reach our 15 pound loss we are treating ourselves from a weekend away from the guys and kids as our reward. We just have to come up with someplace to go. I AM DETERMINED!

I made my famous fudge and ate too much of it and too many other things. Was I ever so mean as to have given you some? It's extremely addictive!
5DPT is a way to getting back on track and ridding yourself of those carb cravings. I think it works really well.
