Accountability - Sunday
Well, my vacation is just about over. Tomorrow I head back to work and the same old grind...Today was not bad. I ate too much but I got MASSIVE amounts of protein. Just three containers of water and I'll have one more before bed, I think, cuz I'm gonna hit the Wii also!
List for today:
Pre-B: 24 oz Drink Mix, Water, 10 oz coffee
B: oatmeal, TVP, Soy protein, Soy milk
S: 24 oz Drink Mix, water, 2 cups 10 oz Coffee
2B: 2 eggs, 3 oz chicken, 1/2 cup home fries with broccoli and mushrooms
S: 10 oz Coffee, 24 oz Drink Mix, water
L: 4 oz Ceviche, 1 cup Red Leaf Lettuce, 1 T Italian Dressing
S: 10 oz Coffee
D: 5 oz meat balls with 1/4 cup sauce (only counted the protein in the meat balls) and a whole cup of Spaghetti Squash...This was Great to be able to actually eat spaghetti for once!
Dessert: Probably a cup of decaf and splenda Mocha flavor...
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1648
Fat: 71.5
Carbs: 115.7
Protein: 144.9
Protein was at 35% for the day...I think I did pretty good and probably stayed the same weight today. How did you do?

well carbs are off the chart today i had a Starbucks mocha and it sent the carbs up up up.

d;chicken and peas and a couple bites of mashed potatoes
maybe some rice cakes low on food high on cals and carbs maybe add some peanut butter for the prot.
24 oz hot tea decaf and 60 oz of water so far and going to get more coffee reg this time 16 oz mocha.

Hello. I worked yesterday for some OT and will be back there today at 3. My eating was off track.
Breakfast:
1 boiled egg
1 strip of bacon
1/2 Cup of grits
Lunch: ( didn't bring lunch to work so I ate at the salad bar)
Salad .. cheese, egg, sunflower seeds, raw veggies and lite ranch
FF Yogart
Snack:
Small bag of ff chips
Dinner:
About 1 Cup of turkey pot pie .. glad i stopped by my mom's house after work.. lol. This was so good. I'm know it's good in carbs but I loved it!

Your list looks good for an off day. How many of us can head for the salad bar when we didn't bring something to eat? I'm looking at the candy machine and hearing it call my name when I don't plan ahead! Good for you!
