Accountability - Thursday 1st of 2009
Today I watched really close the foods I ate and didn't snack and tried really hard to get in my water. I got in 3 bottles (24 each) of water, which is low but I plan on having a bottle of water after my Wii session. I do intend to work on the Wii tonight. Maybe only 10 minutes but it depends on how I feel...
List for the day:
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk and coffee
S: 24 oz Drink Mix, Water
S: 4 oz ceviche with 7 whole grain crackers
L: Chicken Burrito, I guessed about 7 ounces..Really heavy but I took a LONG time to eat it and I stayed really full for a long time. I also said NO to the chips that came with the burrito. I know the whole thing was 8 ounces by weight...

D: 1 and 1/2 cup homemade chili, 1 oz cheese (this was a victory for me. I thought about putting crackers or tortilla chips in it...DIDN'T!)
So my first day of the new year stacks up like this:
Calories: 1578
Fat: 63.7
Carbs: 129.8
Protein: 126.3
Protein number is really good. Carb number is alittle high but chili beans would be good carbs I figure.
So 2009 and our do-over has begun! How did you do? I'm happy with this day!

yahoo for a new year and i am doing ok but need to get in more water today. Still working so i will try to get it in before i go home.

l;sushi left from yesterday had about 3 pieces
s;2 more of the sushi
d; the most yummy peanut chicken i have ever had co worker made it about 1/2 a cup i guess and some rice too
s; hot coco white and it was the real stuff
so i had 16 oz of coffee and 8oz of coco and about 16 oz of water and about 36 oz of hot tea. so all i need to do is get in about 40 more oz of water. not that bad for today.

Well, also you migh****ch the water intake with that protein number/percent. More water is needed to be sure you keep your kidneys healthy. Your calories are really low too. Maybe more calories, less carbs and more water?

i just want the scale to move in the right direction any advise is good advice i take things from everyone and put it all together. u will get them off i know you will. You are very good a****ching your intake and it will come off.

Hey Dawn, I had to work today and it was super slow. I sat there all day playing scrabble online, looking on ebay and surfing the net.
Eating day was good. I wanted to munch at work due to being bored but I fought the urge. I did have 1 cookie but could of been way worse.
Breakfast:
2 Med. scrambled eggs
3 strips of turkey bacon
1 slice of light wheat toast
Snack:
1 small oatmeal cookie
Lunch:
1 Cup of chili.. sooo good! It taste even better after it's been frozen for some reason.
Snack:
WW Yogart
Dinner:
Ham, cheese, lettuce, ff mayo and mustard in a low carb wheat tortillia
Few slices of cucumbers with salt n pepper
Snack:
Protein shake
