I have several "Personal" Resolutions, like more Bible study & prayer: less worry.
Be content with what I have, etc.....

I need to get back on "track" so badly, my recent 20 lbs gain has JUST depressed me so badly, I feel like its a run-away-train I can not stop. I wish I had never started eating all those bad things, bread, cookies, cakes, etc... I need intense help with habit of  out of control night eating. Any suggestions?

But it's a New Year, thank God for New Beginnings......

Kathy

I am with you 100%.  In fact on Friday morning my best friend (WLS in 2006) and I are going to start our 2009 Weight Loss challenge.  We both decided it's back to basics ---NO carbs, NO sugar, more water, etc etc.

Since my WLS in 2004 I have gained 15 pounds and even though people STILL tell me how wonderful I look I don't see that!  When I look in the mirror I now see myself back at 285 pounds.  Luckily I have not had to update my wardrobe to a larger size and still maintain my size 10's, although I really feel top heavy.  My goal for this new year is to lose 15-20 lbs and WHEN my friend and I reach our goal of 20 lbs we are going to go away for a girls weekend!

Good luck to you!  Best wishes for a very HAPPY, HEALTHY, and SLIM 2009!

My weight related resolutions include: 1. Eat more veggies  2. Get my iron levels "normal" and 3. come to terms with my weight. I'm pretty sure I've arrived at my "Goldylocks" weight, now it's accepting it and living my life.

Life resolutions? They're complicated.. so I'm keeping them to myself. :)
