What does water do for you??
I thought I'd throw this question out today since it's been on my mind for a while and never posted about it, then I see 2 questions abou****er already! Anyhow, I know water is important for hydration and digestion,etc., but my question is do you notice a difference on how you feel or if it makes a difference in your weight. I've heard some people say that when they focus on losing weight, they up their water intake. Does it really make a difference in weight loss or maintenance??
