Well, today I outdid myself. Not any snacking but dinner put me way over the top...I cooked beef ribs tonight and they were droolingly awesome...I ate WAY more than I should, I won't be able to drink any water for at least an hour...Problem is, I'm way low on water today.

List today:

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, coffee
2B: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup home fried potatoes, 1 cup taco meat (maybe not a whole cup but it was close)

L: 2 slices of home made whole wheat bread (thin slices) and 2 T reduced fat peanut butter, 1 T SF Blackberry Preserves

D: 3 beef ribs, I figure 5.5 oz of meat and 1 cup fresh green beans cooked (left over from Christmas Dinner)

Dessert? I don't think so. I'm so stuffed. Maybe a cup of decaf with SF Kahula syrup again right before bed. Makes me feel like I've had coffee kahula (alcohol) with none of the guilt. LOL.

Totals for today:

Calories: 1891
Fat: 93.9
Carbs: 131.5
Protein: 137.0
Protein sitting at 30%..>Not bad. I can't see any bad carbs in my list but let me know if you do. I want to cut out as many bad carbs as I can this next year. That's my new years resolution.

Hey Dawn, I had ribs for dinner too and guess what.... I ate too much! I am so full right now! 

Breakfast:
1 pack of instant grits
1 boiled egg

Lunch:
1/2 a 6" turkey and ham sub from subway

Snack:
The other half of my sub from lunch but only ate the inside

Dinner:
2 meaty BBQ pork ribs
1/2 cup of Leftover collard greens

Not bad...I don't think the beef ribs had enough meat on them but they certainly hit the spot.
