I ate pretty much mostly carbs and high calorie stuff myself for Christmas. Even had cookies and some candy, real sugar not SF...Trying to get back on that horse and drop this two pounds that I've put on this month. It's a mental battle to keep below 130 right now.

That's very thoughtful of your father. He's really a gem. We didn't exchange gifts with my folks this year. They gave us money but I didn't get them anything. My mind has been other places. I'll be happy when this year is over.

Your list looks like you had trouble..I hope you feel better.

Hope you nip that cold in the bud! I felt like I was getting one last month and downed 5 cups a day of echinasea(sp?) tea, took Nyquil and went to bed early for a few days and it went away pretty fast compared to last year when I ignored it until I had to go to bed for a week! I had high hopes for today being all proetein and green veggies, no such luck!
B- Proetein Drink
S-3 small cookies
L-halibut (picked off the breading)and chips(only ate 5 fries)
S-3 small cookies
D-chicken, brown rice,and green beans
S-SF pumpkin pie
I think I got most of my water, no exercise except shopping, I still need my calcium before bed.
Tomorrow my husband are running at the YMCA in the morning and then running errands. We have a get together at the neighbors tomorrow evening; they are serving chili and I know ther will be a veggie tray, I will do my best to keep control. I am bringing splenda banan muffins with mini choc chips. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

I'm embarrassed to admit that I havent' exercised myself...I do walk around shopping but I'm losing the battle to stay active. I probably should hit the echinasea tea too. I did start drinking a botle of water BEFORE breakfast so that I can get a jump on the water issue. I actually drank all my water yesterday. That's helping.

Your list looks good. Those cookies can be a killer. But it's a short season and it's almost over. I'm wondering how long it will take me to recover from this trainwreck. LOL.

Keep up the good work. See ya.
