Anyone else hate to drink?

I know it is a weird problem, but every day I have to force myself to drink. Usually I can only drink like 48ozs a day. Some rare days I get 64oz in, but it is such a chore. I hate artificially sweetened drinks so I stick with water, tea or iced tea. Anyone else going through this?

I don't hate to drink, but I have to trick myself into getting enough,

I do better with hot drinks. I drink mint tea. I also drink hot chocolate made with mostly water some milk, cocoa powder and splenda. If I do drink water I usually drink it at room temperature. In the beginning cold water made my pouch spasm. I find the warm beverages soothing.

I can trick myself into drinking more. I use the biggest cup I can find. My tea cup is 24 ounces and my hot cocoa cup is 28 ounce. I drink 3 "cups" but get 80 ounces with those 3 cups.

I eat oatmeal M-F. I make it with 8 ounces of water. I let the water soak in for about 30 minutes and then add milk and heat it again. This adds 10 more ounces of fluid.

Good luck
Belinda

I have a hard time in the winter because I am just not thirsty at all....I have to make something warm to drink or I just forget...I can drink water all summer without any trouble...and I probably even drink more than I need...but winter...I just cannot do it...So I eat a lot of soups and salads and fruits to stay hydrated....and warm teas like Belinda...I don't do well with cold drinks in the winter at all...Same reason ...stomach spasms

I just try to keep my urine clear ...if it's clear  or pale yellow I know I am doing well...Because I take a LOT of vitamins and supps!  I make a full pot of grean tea with jasmine (my winter fav) and  drink i****ching TV at night...It cuts snacking down too!
