Another dinner out Sunday. this time to pizza. We ordered a great Hawaiian Pizza and I did manage to eat just one piece complete and the topping off of 5 other pieces over the course of the evening. Not too bad.

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk, apple sauce, coffee

2B: 2 eggs, taco meat and cheese with salsa and 1/2 cup home fried potatoes

L: Nothing...

D: 1 slice pizza, Toppings from 5 pieces of pizza.

Totals for the day:

Calories 1780
Fat: 95.6
Carbs: 122.6
Protein: 115.6

Not bad..I didn't even have a snack when we got home last night. Not bad at all. Could have been much worse. How did you do?

I'm off the next two weeks so I'm gonna be pretty hard on the food list this next week. I'll be making the dinners this week so something alittle different than hubby usually makes, I think!

I'm late but I'll share. Had a good sunday. After church, I helped my parents paint their kitchen then me and my daughter went to the movies.

Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs

Snack:
1 sugar cookie

Lunch:
2 baked chicken wings
1/2 Cup of Veggie Alfredo.. made with wheat pasta, broccoli, asparagus, peppers onions and alfredo sauce. was good. more veggies than pasta.

Snack: .. smuggled in the movies! 
Pack of peanuts
100 calorie pack of pretzels

Dinner:
2 baked bbq chicken wings
1/2 cup of steamed cabbage

Snack:
Protein hot chocolate

I'm spending most of my days "late" lately...LOL

You had a good list today too. Low numbers all around except, I'd have to say the protein number would be good..wings aren't the biggest meat item on the bird but they are good...It's the same as I do with meat and veggies equal with a smattering of some carbs like pasta or potatoes...It's gotta work for us.
