Party at my brother's last night and my sister-in-law makes a spread that is so WLS friendly! My brother *****ed about having to eat healthy stuff all the time (my sil lost 70 pounds in the last year or so going low carb and high protein). I was impressed!

List for the day:

B: oatmeal, soy protein, tvp, soy milk and coffee

Snack: 24 oz GV Drink Mix

2nd B: 2 eggs, meatloaf and home fried potatoes and coffee

Snack: 24 oz GV Drink Mix

L: 1 cup left over meatloaf (I was on a meatloaf roll yesterday! LOL) and 1/4 cup mashed potatoes. Probably alot less than a cup of meatloaf but it's a guess.

Snack: 24 oz GV Drink Mix - on the way to the party

Snack: 24 oz GV Drink Mix, half way through dinner - half hour wait before.
Dinner: 7 jumbo shrimp, 6 coctail meatballs, 2 chicken wings, 8 triscuit crackers and an ounce of cheese. Eaten over3-4 hours, not all at once.

Snack: 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix

Snack at home around midnight: 2 corn tortillas, 2 slices of turkey ham and 1 oz jack cheese

Now here are my totals for the 20 hour day (up at 4 am and in bed by midnight...)

Calories: 2124
Fat: 97.4
Carbs: 154.2
Protein: 158.8

Hey Dawn..
My saturday was good. For a saturday, my eating was really good. Did some stocking stuffer shopping at Walmart and Target then went to a christmas party last night. 

Breakfast:
Protein hot chocolate X 2

Snack:
100 calorie pack of beef jerky
Apple

Lunch: .... from bojangles
 grilled chicken nuggets... didn't know they had theses. really good and spicy
Small order of pinto's

Snack:
1 string cheese

Dinner: (At the party.. This is what I had over 4 hours)
3 bbq baked hot wings, 3 meatballs, 1 thin slice of turkey, 2 thin slices of ham, 4 cheese cubes, less than a 1/4 cup of macarroni salad. 4 wheat thins dipped in spinach dip & 1 chocoalte covered strawberry

Snack:
1 christmas sugar cookie
3 thin slices of ham

* And 1 lite beer at the party.

Oh my! We did exactly the same thing. Stocking stuffer shopping all morning, rest in the afternoon (and cleaning for me) and then off to a Christmas Party at my brothers..

I might have had a mixed drink last night but when hubby had a rum and coke, I figured I might have to drive and I didn't want to even attempt it after a drink...I'm so light weight!

Great list...I just love parties that have stuff that is WLS friendly...hot wings, meatballs, jumbo shrimp...WLS heaven! A couple of crackers and some cheese...I was in heaven!

Snow sucks when you have ice in the morning and slush in the afternoon. and we are supposed to get more tonight. Ok all is well i am going shopping ya i know i am a last min shopper but what can you do.

Yeah, I'm conflicted over shopping early and getting it all done or shopping late and getting it all done at once. When the kids were small and we had NO money, I shopped starting in July..But when you have enough money you don't have to spread it out so much...Or you spend less. LOL. Either way, it's rough.

Nice water total. I'm jealous. I am having trouble in that direction. AND I'm havin trouble with vitamins.
