Hi Everyone

I have been wondering this since I had my surgery back in 2004.  I am pleased to write that since my surgery I have never gotten the flu, stomach virus etc .  What I would like to know is this....if we get sick to our stomachs and need to vomit, is the experience (not to gross you out) the same as before WLS?  So far anytime I have dumped it has always been saliva foamies....

For me it's been exactly the same. Doesn't feel any different other than afterward there is swelling or something and I have to do liquids for a bit and ease back into softies then solids. The throwing up process is the same though....for me anyway. I imagine everyone will be different but I can't feel my band wrenching up or anything though which is what I imagine is probably going on down there.
