Accountability-Thursday
Well, the week is nearly over. I'm headed on vacation for two weeks after Friday...And we had a snow day today too. The whole valley was cut off from the rest of the world because all the freeways in and out were closed...So of course we drove out in it to get breakfast..LOL. Can't keep us home with 4Wheel drive..
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy protein,soy milk, apple sauce and coffee
2nd B: 3 egg omelet (actually half of a 6 egg omelet) with cheese and chili.yummy
L: Actually..none.
S: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 oz turkey slice
S: 1 coffee cupcake
D: 4 oz beef roast, 1/2 cup boiled potato, 1 sweet potato roll
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1713
Fat: 78.8
Carbs: 123.5
Protein: 132.3
Not too bad for the day. Protein 32%

Hey Dawn. I had a good eating day. There was no holiday goodies at work.. thank god! The weather here is perfect. 71 degrees!
Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled with cheese
2 strips of turkey bacon
1/2 a slice of wheat toast.. wasn't toasted hard enough. I like it hard!
Snack:
South Beach diet cereal protein bar
Lunch:
1 Cup of white bean chicken chili ... YUMMY!
Snack:
Carb/sugar control yogart
2% cheese stick
Dinner:
4 baked hot wings
Garden salad w/ cheese and lite ranch
Snack:
Protein hot chocolate
NSA Yogart

Good day for you...No treats at work. My problem is I have several dozen cookies on my counter waiting to be delivered as gifts...yikes. Too many temptations..And Friday is another snow day...sigh..I'm going to have to go into super house cleaning mode or I'll be headed for a cookie hangover.

I stayed home due to weather yesterday; am going to try and go in later this morning. Beside the christmas cookies I did o.k for being stuck at home all day

Friday is another snow day for me AGAIN! Seems the people in this valley have a hard time with ice on the road. We went shopping yesterday but I'm staying home today. I put together the cookie baskets for the gifts we're giving and got those temptations off the counter early...
