Accountability - Wednesday
Snow bound today. They sent us home at 9:45 today. So we went to lunch and then came home. My 17 year old son asked to bake cookies with me. I'm not questioning it...I'm living in the moment. So we warmed up the kitchen some. Now to post my list:
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk, coffee
Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, deviled egg
Lunch: Bean and Cheese Burrito (figured 1.5 cups of that...huge thing)
Snack: 3 sugar cookies (carbs are going to kill me. I'm craving that crap now...I HATE THE HOLIDAYS!)
Dinner: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and broccolli.
Low on water for the day..only 72 oz at best...
Numbers for the day:
Calories: 1792
Fat: 66.3
Carbs: 202.5
Protein: 106.0
I know...those cookies just killed my protein percentage...Only made 23% today. Good thing this only happens for a short time each year.

Hey Dawn, OMG, Snow?!!! It's warm here. Tomorrow it's gonna get up to 72 degrees! I couldn't get up and get motived today for some reason. After taking my daughter to school, I got back in bed til I had to work at 1:30
Breakfast:
2 slices of spiral ham
Snack:
16 oz of Coffee w/ splenda & half n half
Protein hot chocolate
Snack: .. on the way to work
Boiled egg
Lunch:
1 Cup of chili
4 whole wheat saltine crackers
Snack:
2 sweet & Sour meatballs
small handful of plain m&m's
Dinner:
Lean Cuisine frozen dinner
Snack:
NSA Yogart sprinkled about 3 tbsp. of low fat granola
Your list looks good for vegging in bed till noon. I want to make chili again soon...
The snow is getting even deeper outside. The kids built a snowman this afternoon...Tomorrow I figure to show them a real one built by a Montana Snow Professional! LOL.

We have snow and ice as well;yuck! I forgot my password and had to have it reset so I have been MIA. I have had some days I would of wanted to skip posting, that is for sure. Today is a good example! I will do better tomorrow and today could of been worse.

L-broccoli spaghetti sauce and 3 turkey meatballs with 1/2 cup barilla plus penne and a sprinkle of parmeson
S-cheese,stick, 1 short bread cookie and 1 mini twix
D-scrambled eggs w/ 2% cheese, low carb toast w sf jelly
S-2 mini Reece's 12 tator tots w/ ketchup
Because of the weather I have not been to the gym since Sunday; I have not gone this long in months without exercise. I will be doing a DVD in the morning like it or not and am contemplating doing one before bed as well. I got all my water and vitamins.

I would trade my protein total for a full gallon of water intake when I'm off. I had a container of water with me in the kitchen and still only managed to have 3-24 oz containers of water...I'm going to have to do something drastic about the water intake...
Yeah, you had alot of carbs and white carbs at that (bagel, candy, toast, cookie, pasta...) But with the water, I figure you did better than me....sigh..i'm not liking staying home much.
I know about the not working out. I really intend to get to that tomorrow...Right after the Christmas cards. LOL.
Keep up the good work..and just keep trying. That's what I need to do.

HI dawn. We have snow also got about 8 inches on Monday/Tuesday and about 3 inches on Tuesday night. We did not get any last night. I was shocked. I have a good friend that is in Mojave working and he said that it was snowing really hard. how much did you u get.

We live south of Mojave, between Mojave and Rosamond, actually...We got about 8 inches yesterday and last night. But Palmdale really got hit! Tuesday nothing really stuck at all. We're snowed in today and all the roads into and out of the Antelope Valley are closed including the 14, 15, 138 and 58...So no school or work for anyone.
My sister, on the other end of the valley, towards Littlerock/Pearblossom is trying hard not to lose all her palm trees, they've got a foot of snow on them and the limbs are near breaking. Our Oleanders bent down half height so we're out there brushing all the pretty stuff off the plants too.
Joshua Trees look so funny packed with snow!
