What a long day. I'm catching the holiday blues, I think.
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk, apple sauce
7:00 am 24 oz SoBe Protein Drink Mix'
8:00 am 2 deviled egg halves
8:30 am 1 oz cheese stick
9:00 12 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Lemonade
10:30 am 1 medium orange
10:45 am 2T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
11:15 am 12 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Lemonade
12:00 pm œ beef enchilada, 3/4 cup ceviche, œ cup chicken fajita without the tortilla, 2 breaded shrimp, 8 tortilla chips
2:30 pm 24 oz SoBe Protein Drink Mix
3:15 pm 10 oz Lipton Tea, decaf (to try and settle my stomach from something I ate at lunch).
4:30 pm GV Drink Mix, Cherry Limeade
6:00 pm Monterey Chicken Dinner
7:00 pm eggnog with rum...it was a hard day! Calorie: 1963

How did I do?? Um, all I gotta say is... "Christmas party at work" I knew i was gonna be eating horrible. I didn't eat big portions of anything... just a little bit of everything!
No Breakfast
Snack:
1 big slice of ham
very small corner of carrot cake
Lunch:
1 big slice of ham
Shredded bbq pork .. about 1/4 cup
1 deviled egg half
2 bites of pasta salad
1 wheat roll
Snack:
1 spoonful of bananna pudding
1 chocolate chip cookie
Dinner:
1/4 Cup of shredded bbq pork
1 slice of ham
1/4 c. potato salad
raw broccoli w/ lite ranch
Snack:
frito scoops .. about 5
black bean salsa

This time of year there are wall to wall parties. I bet that's why we get less posters on the accountability posts...No one wants to admit the food that's eaten this time of year...PLUS...it's hard to figure out just how much you've eaten.
A good estimate if you've been measuring is better than nothing. But, I figure this time of year is a buy anyway...If you don't actually keep track, you can start back up with a fresh New Years Resolution and that's just as good.
I didn't gain any weight while I was on vacation in July so even if I don't keep track and I jus****ch what I eat (more than watching from my plate to my mouth. LOL) I figure I won't do much more than a pound or two damage.

Yes, I have noticed that people have stopped posting. I try hard to post reguardless if I had a good eating day or a bad eating day. It's all about being accountable! I measure all my food on a daily basis so I can "eye" things now when I'm not able to measure. Yesterday, I tried to keep things at a 1/4 c. limit.
I could of did wayyy worse so I'm proud of myself and the good thing is.. I only gained .5 lbs.

Sometimes I'm embarrassed to post my numbers and what I've eaten because I've had cookies or something stupid (cookies are stupid for me..I know they're not going to make me dump now so I push the envelope)...So I can understand not posting.
