know how I can find my follow up program ?
Hi all !!
I am 5 years out of my gas bypass and have moved to many diff states. I lost touch with the follow up program threw the Salem MA hospital ( where I had the surgery/DR.
I'm back near MA and have no insurance. I would like to contact the program for support/suggestions and poss aide.
This site has my DR. listed and I was wondering if anyone knew how to use this site to contact there DR or programs??

Ok I totally suck at this but maybe try clicking the doctor's name and maybe contacting the last person who posted on his page? Or the yellow or white pages to see if they have a listing.
