Accountability - Monday
Well, possibly a snow day tomorrow...Baby it's cold outside!
My list for today:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit
8:00 am 2 veggie egg rolls
9:15 am 8 oz GV Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
9:40 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 oz turkey ham
10:20 am 16 oz GV Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
11:30 am 4 oz chicken thigh meat, 1/3 cp broccoli, 1 small corn tortilla w/ œ T butter
12:00 pm 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Orange
1:15 pm 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Lemonade
2:30 pm 1 small orange 3:00 pm 1 veggie egg roll
3:30 pm slice of apple bread equavalent to a pumpkin muffin, medium size (to bring my carb level up)
4:00 pm 24 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
6:00 pm 3 oz salmon and 2/3 cup cooked broccoli.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1736
Fat: 62.3
Carbs: 184.8
Protein: 117.9
Could have stayed away from the carbs but...I ate the last of it so it wouldn't tempt me tomorrow. I'm hungry again because of all those carbs but I think I'll hit another water and do some Wii tonight...
How did you all do? Even if you screwed up completely, it's a do-over tomorrow..I have to figure.

2 baked chicken legs
1/2 cup of steamed broccoli
Snack:
Cucumber slices
2 tbsp. of lite italian dressing
Dinner:
Lean Cuisine frozen dinner
Snack:
NSA Yogart sprinkled with granola
