I just wanted to let u know that the atkins diet is helping me with losing the weight that i re gained after 5 years. its kinda **** the 5 day pouch test.

Thats good. I had a little weight gain after 2 yrs. I went back to attending meetings and logging what I eat. Also weighing in every week to keep it under control.

Its not easy doing this and keeping the weight off.

Congratulations to you, make sure to drink plenty of water with that so that you dont damage your kidneys. Good proteins and moderate good carbs are always a good combination.
