Accountability - Monday
OK, I know this isn't the best day I could have had but here it goes......
B: 2 McDonald's sausage patties and 3/4 of a hash brown
L: Cinnamon pretzel stix from Auntie Anne's
S: Kashi bar
D: Lasagna (about 1 cup) 2 slices garlic cheese Texas toast
I know I did not get enough protein but I was out Christmas shopping.... couldn't resist the treat of cinnamon stix!

The only way I can keep track at all is by sending email messages to myself all day long. email and then reply to that back and forth all day...Then at the end of the day when I'm ready to leave for home, I email the list to myself at home..Keeps me honest.
I love sugar free jelly. I have about four flavors, including orange marmalade...yum.
You sure didn't eat very much! Hopefully you ate a bit more for dinner..
