Well, today I made bread for my husband, who likes raisin bread with not that much cinnamon but extra raisins and then I made buns. Hamburger Buns and Hotdog buns. We had burgers for dinner and I could NOT eat a whole bun.. No way. I made kitty treats and started on peanut butter cookies for the gift boxes...

My list for the day:

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk, coffee

2nd b: 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1/4 cup home fried potatoes, 1-1/2 slices of rye toast

L: 2 oz liverwurst, 2 oz cheddar cheese, 16 wheat crackers

D: 5 oz lean ground beef, 1/2 burger bun

No dessert. I'm stuffed. It took me 45 minutes to eat that whole burger...Had to rest half way through. Sort of like 2 dinners. LOL.

Calories: 1889
Fat: 98.9
Carbs: 136.9
Protein: 111.6

With walking around all over for grocery shopping, baking and walking the neighborhood looking for my little dog (stupid short bus dog..doesn't know he's coyote bait!) I got in 4 containers of water for the day. I'm alittle short on water but I think I did okay. I even made kittty treats. Our picky little kitties won't touch them but I guess the dogs like them so all is not lost...

No sausage, eggs or brats today!  Maybe the scale will move in the morning.
Although I think my new vice is nuts and peanutbutter (high in fat and calories)!

See if you can find low fat peanut butter. I also found soy butter and sunflower seed butter...Low fat butter is not too bad.

Not too bad with the aerobics. You have me motivated to get back to the Wii again. I did 21 minutes last night. Working my way back up to 30 minutes a night...

The scale went down 0.2 today.  Small, but I'll take it. I oveslept, so no water aerobics today.
I like to get to the pool when the doors open before the pool gets crowded.  I may go walking later.

Oh my! that Chocolate/Peanutbutter fozen yogurt sounds HEAVENLY! I'm gonna look for something like that today. Sounds really really good.

Probably those onion rings. Did you read Paul's post about the first and last bite of something? He has a really good point. I'm limiting my cheats to the first and last bite and then walking away if I can.

Well, make yourself some hot tea, some nice chicken soup and take your vitamins, heavy on the vitamin C...

Hello ladies. I spent my day with my mom, christmas shopping. I only have a few more things to buy so I was just along for the ride but did get a few stocking stuffers.

Breakfast:
Protein shake

Snack:
Power crunch bar

Lunch:
Grilled chicken sammy minus the top bun
Side salad w/ lite italian

Snack:
Apple
String cheese

Dinner:
2 med scrambled eggs
2/3 C. hashbrowns w/ onions
1 strip of bacon.. this tasted so horrible. I guess i'm use to turkey bacon
1 slice of lite wheat toast

Snack:
1/2 C. NSA vanilla ice cream

then my daughter and 3 of her friends came over for a sleepover and they had plenty of junk so I had ..
6 peanut m&m's, 2 big handfuls of popcorn and 4 tortilla chips dipped in salsa

Nice list until the night time got crazy for you. I found sugar free peanut M&Ms at Winco...I bought about a quarter pound of them two months ago. I got them out at Thanksgiving and sometimes pop one or two in my mouth. I'm out of them as of yesterday!
