I haven't fallen off the planet just been totally disgusted with myself. Not eating what I should...been on a JUNK binge.Working on getting and staying focused.

The numbers look great. You'll have slight swelling from the salt in some of that.

Ugh! Today I'm swelled up from eating those fried foods yesterday. I had to take my wedding bands off!

You can get back on that wagon..Turn it around and head in the right direction.

1 scrambled egg
1 slice of lite wheat toast

Snack:
Apple
1 oz of 2% cheddar cheese

Lunch:
Ham, cheese, lettuce and ff mayo in a low carb wheat tortillia
NSA Yogart

Snack:
NSA fruit coctail cup

Dinner:
Lean Cuisine frozen dinner

Snack:
Protein hot chocolate
90 calorie granola bar

I think after sleeping on it last night a kitten is in our future but not a Bengal. I'm thinking we aren't the pure bred kitten family..The kitten was awesomely beautiful but it wasn't friendly.

Your list looks great. Today I'm pushing the low salt thing though cuz my wedding rings had to be soaped off due to high salt from yesterday. I'm skipping the bacon myself and lunch meat is probably out too...LOL> Today, I'm the salt police.

Yeserday was better, but not perfect.  I did dip into the sausage again.  I'm an addict!

Gosh your numbers look awesome! You do so good. I know you need the extra calories for the aerobics and more carbs don't hurt either..Be looking for the hidden salt in some of that. I'm betting the sausage has more salt in it.

I had too much salt yesterday and today my rings don't fit...So I'm noticing more salt in lists...No salt for me today and more MORE water.

Keep up the good work. Slow and steady will make that scale move.

I'm a slave to the scale number too. Today it said I was 128.8 which makes my rings not fitting make sense...I'm swollen from salt...damn tasty stuff! I have TWO POUNDS of water gain in one night!
