You did good yesterday, all counts were good or slightly high with plenty of water. No reaction to your shots either, very good. I am up early to try and get the new server to recognize the router, 1 hour and I am still all over it but no success yet.

I think there was a tapeworm in my body  yesterday.  I ate nonstop!  I worked from home and I think being in the house all day was not a good thing.  I stayed away from white carbs and sugar, but I really ate way too much.  Today, I'm going to try and stay away from bacon, sausage and brats, and probably eggs too!  I think the protein is great, but I might get in trouble cholesterol wise the way I've been eating.  The scale didn't move today either!!  Maybe my body is slowing down or I'm just eating too much. I think it's the latter.

I have days like that! Not in about a week cuz the stress makes me QUIT eating but I definitely have those days. That's when I stomp on the breaks the next few days and push the water.

You're probably turning those calories into muscle and that's what weighs more..How are your clothes fitting? That's the true measure.

Keep up the good work. If I could do 90 minutes of ANY exercise, I'd be pleased a*****h!

My jeans are getting looser which is a good sign, but you know, I'm a slave to what shows up on the scale!  I wish stress would make me stop eating.  I'm definitely a stress eater.  Stress, excitement, joy, sorrow... any excuse will do! :)  I exercise very early in the morning.  From 5:00 am to 6:30 am before the hassle of the day gets to me!

Thanks for the encouragement!

My protein is low, fat still high and I am ditching the pork, lol.  Gonna work on some recipes this weekend (crockpot stuff) and get myself back to an acceptable range for me.

Paul's post this morning made me remember that I ate 2 tbsp of the pumpkin stuff for the S/F Turtle Pie I made for Pokeno.  Not sure how to add that in but want to acknowledge that I did eat it.

I know! I like Paul's posts. Really makes you think about what you're eating. Pork for me isn't too bad but it sure was the first year out. We had a ham for Christmas in 2006 and I've been off of ham since then...But DS just asked me for a spiral sliced honey baked ham for Christmas and DH wants lefse for breakfast that morning. I'm gonna be working my @ss off Christmas morning, I guess. If I can't buy them much I'm still giving enough. LOL.

Have you tried putting protein in your oatmeal? I have done that since the carb thing caught me early out...Too many carbs and i'm hypoglycemic-reaction stuff going on...

The summer sausage looks like it's alot in it too. I don't worry too much about the fat yet but if the scale zips up over 130 here...I'll be looking at it HARD.
