If you get high amounts of protien, tha****er is necessary. Like the post that was submitted yesterday about drinking water, I drink each time I get in the car like smokers do. I tried to have a bottle of water while I was baking over the weekend but it just didn't stick for a habit yet.

Your list looks really good. With the aerobics, you're really kicking @ss!

Not that I would encourage you to eat a cupcake but...Pillsbury makes that reduced sugar cake mix and that is the BEST cupcake I've ever had. No frosting either but they do make reduced sugar frosting too...2 cupcakes is basically a slice of cake. MY FAV.

Now, watch your weight tomorrow (Thursday) cuz I think split pea soup has alot of salt in it. Extra salt for me = a pound tomorrow. It's temporary but if I don't think about it, it can really ruin my day, mentally.

Otherwise, great day for you too...20 minutes of running makes a big difference! See ya.

Hi Dawn, my computer crashed at home so I'll have to post as time allows at work til it's repaired (hopefully by tomorrow).

I'm still concerned about the fat content, darn I need to cut back on it somehow but how when I love mean and cheese (I know chicken would help but I'm eating leftovers, lol).  And, OMG the avocado was fabulous, has good "fat" but sure did affect my numbers.

Water intake is still way off, I'm at least working on drinking decaf coffee today instead of so much full-leaded coffee.
