Stay motivated, you can reach your goal
Now that the holiday's are up and running, how are you doing?
Don't be tempted by all the sweets and alcohol.
Instead focus on celebrating with staying away from that table of goodies, look around you, find people to talk to....volunteer...go help that neighbor with shoveling his/her walk if they are elderly.
Find that exercise buddy and work out together.
You can have treats but plan for them.
If something sets you off to binging, stay away from it. If you can handle moderation, your in for the gold! Good for you to know when to stop...now for the ones that can't stop, it will be harder for you. Are you one to give yourself permission to have whatever you want?
Well if you aren't happy with where you are with your weightloss, you might want to rethink about giving yourself permission to "pig out".
Plan ahead, have good protein in the fridge just for you to reach in and eat.
I really like the Weigh****chers ice cream bars and creamsicles. I can stop at one, I'm satisfied.
