5DPT Day 2
Didn't do well at all on my first day of the 5DPT; had a terrible headache and a dizzy spell. In fact it kind of scared me a little bit. I've done the test before and it never affected me that way in the pass. I had to eat something so I had a piece of grilled chicken with lettuce. I did have the Ham & Split Pea Soup but that didn't seem to help my headache or the dizziness. I may try again in a couple of days.
If you were feeling that bad then it was probably a good idea to go ahead and eat something! I have completed the 5dpt 2x's successfully~I can't even begin to tell you how many times I started it and did not complete the 5 days, so don't feel bad! I did it last year and I honestly don't think I could do it again right now successfully. Hang in there!

Good luck Dream Girl! You did the right thing by eating something different! Do you think maybe you cut out too much caffine all at once? That nearly caused me a problem and I had to drink a little coffee to get my headache to go away. After that.......I was ready to face it again! Tomorrow is my ground meat day! Wooooo Hoooooo! I got through day 3!! I encourage you to try it again in a couple of days. I wish you much luck!
