Did You Move To Lose Today? Survived Turkey Day!

Well I can't believe Turkey Day has come and gone.... I did so well on Thanksgiving and then as I promised my self I got back to LA boxing and OMG. I know I have not worked out that hard in months but I sucked!!!!
This was Friday, then when I woke up Saturday I couldn't move
I didn't know if I should
or
I walked on the treadmill Saturday and yesterday.
We are getting our first snow storm of the season today so I am going to do some free weights during my lunch hour at home. Going to the LA boxing class tomorrow..

I used an exercise DVD (Leslie Sansone's Walk Fit - 3 Fast Miles) each day of the Thanksgiving weekend. The weather has been too cold here to walk outside and even though I have a treadmill, get so bored with it. The DVD seems to keep me interested and it's actually a faster-paced walk than what I would do on my own on the treadmill.
