Hey Everyone 

Well I can't believe Turkey Day has come and gone....  I did so well on Thanksgiving and then as I promised my self I got back to LA boxing and OMG.  I know I have not worked out that hard in months but I sucked!!!!    This was Friday, then when I woke up Saturday I couldn't move   I didn't know if I should   or   I walked on the treadmill Saturday and yesterday.

We are getting our first snow storm of the season today so I am going to do some free weights during my lunch hour at home.  Going to the LA boxing class tomorrow..

So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on in and share with us how you did over the long weekend and what you are doing for burning those Thanksgiving cals.

I used an exercise DVD (Leslie Sansone's Walk Fit - 3 Fast Miles) each day of the Thanksgiving weekend.  The weather has been too cold here to walk outside and even though I have a treadmill, get so bored with it.  The DVD seems to keep me interested and it's actually a faster-paced walk than what I would do on my own on the treadmill.

I hear that DVD is awesome  The weather here is pretty cold and snowing too.

I took about a 2.5 hour walk on Thanksgiving..and got right back into the gym at 5:20 this morning--35 minutes of cardio followed by weights--BUT I ate waay too much and the wrong stuff over the entire weekend :-(

Hopefully will do better now...

Getting right back to the gym is the right thing to do.  You didn't let this start you on the path of day after day of eating....

I was so proud of myself on Thanksgiving. I didn't over eat, I didn't graze. I didn't eat pie. I WAS SO GOOD lol. I did move to lose today. I did 40 minutes of my new toy. I got a ii FIT & i LOVE IT.

Thanksgiving was just my brother and I. I made quinoa stuffing and it came out pretty good and I behaved for the rest of the day. On friday me and my sweetie went for a long weekend to Cape Cod and you know what? I went JOGGING for the first time ever on Sunday!
It felt sooo good!
