Gearing Up For The Holidays - Daily Word For Success! Move!
Hey Everyone
I hope your Thanksgiving was as great as mine. I am looking out the window and we are getting our first snow fall for the winter season and it does really put you in the holiday mood. How did you do? Did you stay on track, nibble a little or just plain went nuts
What ever you did, it's over, take a moment to reflect and then MOVE on.
The word for the day is MOVE
Exercise is so important for losing weight and keeping it off. That being said it can be a challenge when we are so heavy. The most I moved was shuffling to the fridge from the couch and back. If you asked me if I exercised I would say HUH? So we are not advocating exercise at first. Just MOVE
Walk through the house, cleaning house counts, working in the yard counts. Anything that gets you MOVING counts.
If it's hard for you to walk, body parts hurting, try water. If you feel strange about working out in water don't. Here is a link to a really cool clothing line for large ladies workout clothes.

If you still don't want to do the water thing and it's hard for you to walk, try going to the store and using the cart for support. It works
Once the weight starts coming off, you will be so excited and loving those WOW moments of how you are MOVIN and Losin. You will decide on your own take it to the next level, with more cardio, weights, joining a gym, running, swimming, biking, hiking and MOVING, MOVING, MOVING
Take care,
Kathy
