Sunday was a tough day for me. I have a very sick cat on my hands and he's old and dying.

So my eating was okay but I didn't drink enough..I'm as dehyraded as the cat is.

Breakfast: oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk, coffee and my vitamins

Second breakfast: 2 eggs and home fries with peppers and mushrooms, cheese

Lunch: Left over turkey and a NSA apple pie slice.

Dinner: 1 chicken leg quarter and sweet potato caserole and fruit salad (all home made, sugar free)

Totals for the day:

Calories: 2098
Fat: 79.7
Carbs; 225.6
Protein: 130.7

Sorry to hear about your cat.  It's an emotional rollercoaster to be in.  Please stay focused on your good eating habits as you go through this trial.  I'll be praying for you.

I'm so proud of myself. Four days in a row without white carbs, sugar or fried foods.  Can this trend continue?  Stay tuned.... :)

Oh yeah! The trend can continue and you'll be happy with the results. The less you have the white carbs the less you'll crave them. At least that's my feeling. When I slip up even alittle, I crave the white carbs for at least a day afterwards.

I'm sorry to hear about your cat, Dawn. I had an ok day. Really didn't do much.

Breakfast:
2 Med scrambled eggs
1/2 c. of hash browns
1/2 of a italian turkey sausgae link

Snack:
100 calorie bag of popcorn

Lunch:
2 Slices of turkey
1/2 c. collard greens
1/2 c. potato salad

Dinner:
3 oz ribeye steak
1/2 c. broccoli and cheese
