Ive been to the gym twice this week!!

I have been to the gym twice this week. DH has me on the crossfit plan. I am sore but feel great about doing it.

Taking baby steps to getting back on track.

Taking baby steps is the best way when we're trying to get back on track. What exactly is the crossfit plan? I've never heard of that one.

Its a cross training program that gives you a great all around work out.
