8:45 am 16 Wheat Thin Crackers, 2T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
9:30 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Lemonade
10:30 am 24 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Juicy Red
12:00 pm Grilled Chicken Fillet Sandwich, only half the bun.
12:30 pm 24 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Wild Berry
2:00 pm 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Sunsplash Orange
4:30 pm 1 Weigh****chers Smart One..Salmon medley (I think, trashed the box) Totals for the day: Calories: 1402 Fat: 40 Carbs: 173.2 Protein? 96.8 Hmm. Need some more protein. Maybe some cheese...Tomorrow I'll be making a bird and some other stuff but there's one thing I won't be doing. I won't be posting my accountability. This is one of those FREE days for me. I'm not going to keep track of my ANYTHING... So, see you Friday.

Good job on the steak! I love the protein from those. Takes a bunch to eat those dense proteins. I sometimes have to eat alittle; wait a few minutes and then eat alittle more..I can eat alot but it takes me a long time to get done with it.

Yeah, and when it gets cold... it's NASTY...So when I'm feeling really self centered and spoiled, I don't eat much because it gets cold. Before surgery, I wasn't nearly so much a picky eater...Now, it's gotta be perfect AND hot or...not pouch worthy. LOL
You have a good Thanksgiving. I'm trying half a recipe of pumpkin pie (sugar free) in small 1/4 size pie tins...I even made a sort of crustless pumpkin custard muffin sort of thing..LOL. I'm feeling better today and more able to face my kitchen.

I collected a bunch of sugar free recipes for pumpkin and I may just have to do some baking. At least if I make it sugar free and low fat, I'l be able to eat it rather than watch it go bad in a few days. No one eats around here.

I had a good day no exercise but thatis okay as I am running a 5 K tomorrow at 0800 and then will do Thanksgiving Zumba at 1100; woohoo! I plan on eating a little of everything at my sisters and taking a plate home for later!

1100- half a panini and 1/2 C fruit
1330-1/2 french onion soup and 1/3 of a pear,walnut, goat cheese salad
1830-went out for my birthday since it is tomorrow had 1/2 6 oz filet, 1/2 C mashed potatoes, 1/4 C veggies and a crust of bread with butter.
All my water, vitamins and calcium! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving everyone!

You certainly had a good food day. I do occasionally have sandwiches but have to leave alot of the bread. I had a short period of depression last night but I'm alittle better this morning. If nothing else, I can plan tons of left overs to make turkey meals..
