Sitting out a partial bowel obstruction

I am having symptoms of the partial small bowel obstruction I had in September. I was in the hospital on IV, and ice chips for a week.
This time I am not having nearly the pain, and have put myself on liquids only for a few days. I am trying to wait it out, because I don't have any medical insurance and $19,000 in hospital bills for September. If I can't keep myself from eating solids, I'm going to have to go to the ER and be checked in.
I am supposed to " rest" my bowel and see if it resolves itself as it did before.
I accept all prayers, chicken swinging, good vibes, and well wishes.

I'm so sorry to hear this, sending up a prayer that the obstruction clears itself.  Are you in contact with your doctor?  I cannot imagine what you are going through mentally, and I can definitely see your concern financially.  Please be proactive and don't wait to long though.  No need for me to express the severity this could turn into if it isn't resolved quickly.
