After Gallbladder Surgery
I get nauseous a LOT, too. Like almost every time I eat something. I've had a HIGA scan and colonscopy and nothing showed up! The doc said everything was fine, including my gall-bladder. 
I don't know what else to do at this point either....maybe I just dump a lot more now?? I'll be watching this thread, maybe somebody has other suggestions. I'm with ya on this one!!Hang in there!

Intolerance to fats is my biggest issue. Unfortunately right after having my gallbladder out (within 2 weeks) I contracted ecoli from that whole spinach debacle and ended up spending another 2 weeks in the hospital. So couple with the gallbladder surgery I had a bit of a rough time for a few months with food intolerance that has resolved itself.
I had my bypass in Aug. 07. Then my gall bladder taken out in June 08. After my bypass i had virtually no stomach issues at all. Since my gall bladder surgery, I have had the worst diarreah I've ever had in my life.
I have to take a cholesterol pill twice a day every day which binds up all the food and bile to stop me from having diarreah. The cramps are incredibly painful if I do not take this pill.
Fatty foods seem to make it worse and I get naseated frequently after eating fats.

Most people have issues post gallbladder removal, regardless of if they have had bariatric surgery or not. You just have to cut out the foods that cause you problems, this is also true of people who have not had weight loss surgery but have had their gallbladders removed. Its equally disappointing for them because they expect all their pain to be gone after surgery and sometimes, its worse than ever.
