Well, my day was good. One more day and I get out early so it's a short one! Yeah for me!

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss, 1 B-12 sublingual
6:00 am oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, medium banana, 1 biotin, 1 omega 3 fish oil, 1 calcium citrate
7:00 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
8:00 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 oz turkey bologna, 2 calcium carbonate chews
8:30 am 12 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit
9:15 am 1 medium orange, 1 chewable multi vitamin, 1 vitamin C
9:45 am 12 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit
10:30 am Healthy Choice Grilled White Meat Chicken Meal.
11:00 am 1 medium pear 
11:30 am 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Grapefruit
1:00 pm Smart Ones Lemon Herb Chicken Piccata (didn't finish the rice but counted it)
2:30 pm 1/4 cup dark chocolate covered coffee beans (yes, more caffeine was needed!)
3:00 pm 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Orange
4:30 pm 24 oz Arizona Ice Tea Drink Mix, Lemon
 6:15 pm 1 stuffed bell pepper   Totals for the day:   Calories: 1947
Fat: 79.2
Carbs: 205.7
Protein: 100.2   Not a great day for protein but I'm stuffed after the stuffed pepper. I will work on the Wii tonight but no aerobics cuz I got my allergy shots and can't do that tonight...Rules.   How did you all do today?

ok here it goes

b;nothing made green bean cas to the kiddos at the feast
l;the feast in my sons class
1 oz turkey
2 bites of stuffing
1 dinner roll kiddos made them had to
1/3 cup green bean cas
was full after that roll
d;2 meat patties at work not sure if you can call it meat but that is what they told me.

Still, after the dinner roll....you did good.

This time of year, I just know I'm gonna lose track so I won't even keep track tomrrow...

Yesterday's eating was a little better than it has been..

Breakfast:
1 Scrambled egg
2 strips of turkey bacon
1 slice of wheat toast w/ 1 tbsp. of SF jelly

Snack:
Carb/sugar control yogart

Lunch:
1 Cup of Chicken chow mein.. no rice or noodles. just meat and veggies

Snack:
A very thin slice of pumpkin cheesecake

Dinner:
Tuna salad in a low carb wheat tortillia
2% Cheese stick

Good day for you!

I found a recipe for sugar free pumpkin cheese cake or something similar...

This time of year is murder on eating..We have no one at home and I'm depressed because I dont' want to cook but dh and ds want me to cook rather than go out to dinner tomorrow...So I'm cooking. I got outvoted...I think next year, instead of democracy...We're switching to a dictatorship and I vote but no one else gets a vote...
