** Just one bite
** I don't need my protein today
** Who needs to journal
** I got this under control
** I don't need to exercise
** I won't gain
** I don't need OH anymore
** I am at goal, I can eat what I want
** I have lost 30 pounds I am going to celebrate with cake
** Fast food won't hurt
** Soda won't hurt
** Wine is fine
