Hey Everyone

As you know since taking care of my husband through his medical crisis I have been putting my exercise and me on the back burner.  Trying to do enough to get by but it's not happening    I am in a rut and know it    My pants are getting tight and I know it    I am anger, down and depressed all the time and know why    I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK  and come hell or high water I am going to do so.

I called LA Boxing and had them put my membership back on active effective the day after Thanksgiving...  I need a smiley showing someone kicking someone in the butt!!!!

So My Friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Let's share what helps us get back on track when we fall short of our workout routine

Stay Strong, Sexy and Sassy

Take care,
Kathy

I have an appointment to mean a personal trainer (very reasonably priced) today at noon.  With my hectic schedule,  I had to find a place close to my office AND who had availability during the lunch time hours.  This was difficult, but hallelujah I found one.  I'm not a WLS grad, but I have lost 65 lbs since August afer RNY (started at 284 now at 219, looking forward to onederland.)  I have hit lull in my weight loss and even though I have been walking 2-3 miles 3 to 5 times a week, I knew I needed to put the "dreaded" exercise routine into oversrive and at the top of my priority list.

I pray your husband's medical crisis is soon over and that you can get back on track.
